Boost your productivity with the Pomodoro Technique
Session 1 of 4
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The name comes from the tomato-shaped kitchen timer (pomodoro in Italian) he used.
The technique involves breaking work into 25-minute intervals of intense focus (called 'pomodoros'), separated by 5-minute short breaks. After completing 4 pomodoros, you take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes.
